Back in April, the National Bank revoked the registration certificates of 10 microcredit companies due to their failure to comply with the NBKR requirements for the size of the authorized capital.
However, the revoked certificates were not handed in by some microcredit companies.
In connection with this, the National Bank informs the public that the registration certificates of the following microcredit companies are invalid:
- 1) LLC MCC "DATIK" registration certificate No. 19 dated 17.05.2004;
- 2) LLC MCC "Gavan-Credit" registration certificate registration No. 56 dated 09/05/2006;
- 3) LLC MCC "AMANAT-KAZYNA" certificate of accounting registration No. 104 dated 12/25/2007;
- 4) LLC MCC "BRATKO" (BRATKO) certificate of accounting registration No. 137 dated 06/03/2008;
- 5) LLC MCC "Most Business Capital" certificate of accounting registration No. 163 dated 10/16/2008;
- 6) LLC MCC "BERK CAPITAL" certificate of accounting registration No. 249 dated 11/10/2009;
- 7) LLC MCC "Capital" certificate of accounting registration №288 dated 07.05.2010;
- 8) LLC MFI "ALFA FINANCE CAPITAL" certificate of accounting registration №338 dated 02.02.2011;
- 9) LLC MFI "Vostok-Finance" certificate of accounting registration №344 dated 22.02.2011;
- 10) LLC MFI "Soyuz-CREDIT" certificate of accounting registration №451 dated 23.04.2012.
